Need help with your account, subscription, purchase, or the iOS app? Email us and include the email address connected to your Sidequestboard account. Do not send passwords, Apple ID credentials, or payment-card details.

In the iOS app, open Profile to restore a purchase or manage your Apple subscription. You can also manage App Store subscriptions from your Apple ID account settings. App Store refund requests are handled by Apple.
Account access
Use Forgot password on the login screen for an email account. If you registered with Apple or Google, use the same sign-in method and provider account you originally selected.
Delete your account
Sign in, open Profile, and choose Delete account. Account deletion does not cancel an active subscription, so cancel it with Apple or your payment provider first if you want to prevent renewal.
